Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Zanya is an AI-powered dream journal that allows users to record, organize, and analyze their dreams using
Artificial Intelligence. Feature availability may vary based on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts and Security
Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login
credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole
discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third
parties, or for any other reason.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
"Zanya Pro": We offer optional paid subscription plans (Monthly and Annual) that unlock
advanced features such as unlimited AI analysis and image generation.
Billing: Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We
do not store your payment information.
Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's
App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your
subscription.
Refunds: All refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, as they manage the
transaction. We cannot process refunds directly.
5. AI Content & Medical Disclaimer
For Entertainment & Self-Reflection Only: The insights, interpretations, and symbols
provided by Zanya are generated by Artificial Intelligence. They are intended solely for entertainment,
creativity, and personal self-reflection.
NOT Medical Advice: Zanya is not a medical device and does not provide
medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional medical
advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read in this App.
AI Limitations: Artificial Intelligence models can sometimes produce "hallucinations" or
generate inaccurate, offensive, or nonsensical content. You acknowledge that we make no guarantees regarding
the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of the AI-generated content.
6. User Content & License
Ownership: You retain full ownership of the text, audio, and data ("User Content") you
input into the App.
License to Us: By using the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual,
irrevocable, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate,
create derivative works from, distribute, and display your User Content for any purpose, including for
operating, improving, and promoting the App, and for developing new technologies. You verify that you have
all necessary rights to grant us this license.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to input content that is illegal, harmful, threatening,
abusive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
7. Intellectual Property
The App itself, including its code, design, graphics, logo, and all proprietary content (excluding User Content),
is the property of the Zanya App Team and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE Zanya APP TEAM AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF
PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APP, WHETHER
BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively
in the courts located in Spain, unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms in the App or on our website. Your
continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
